Ten percent of her current salary is covered by a research grant of Principle Investigator Dr. X. Fang, Neurology performance baseline and follow-up neuropsychological evaluations as part of one of the infusion drugs recently approved to slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease. Involvement in non-compensated research includes a non-invasive study protocol for Age-Related Macular Degeneration, screening individuals who are also demonstrating cognitive decline and a second study involving task design for an innovative virtual reality platform for improving physical functioning in more generalized neurological disorders.
