Description
UTMB will perform an in vitro antiviral activity assay to evaluate MTP Gel at three concentrations (neat plus two dilutions) vs an Ebolavirus and a Marburgvirus in cultured Vero or Vero E6 cells. MTP Gel will be provided by the sponsor. UTMB will provide information on test conditions, raw plaque assay data, and assistance with interpretation of the data. UTMB will not provide any formal report. The study will not be conducted under GLP or GLP-like conditions.
