Center for Genome Imaging

For this collaboration, Dr. Aiden will spearhead imaging and the development of image analysis tools. He will oversee the development of deep-learning-based pipelines for the analysis of image data, including the creation of file formats for storing images, compression algorithms for compressing the raw data with minimal signal loss, and localization algorithms for determining the position of individual fluorophores. The Aiden lab will also generate microscopy data and contribute Hi-C experiments and genome assemblies.
