Description
Data Procurement, Management and Access o UTMB OBIOS will secure updated CMS Medicare claims data required to achieve the aims of the project o UTMB OBIOS will store and manage CMS Medicare claims data in accordance with UTMB IS security policies, data use agreements, and other relevant guidelines and requirements. o Working within UTMB Information Services policies, UTMB will provide secure electronic access for specific UTHSCSA project personnel to project databases to facilitate analyses across both campuses in accordance with data use agreements, information security policies, and other relevant guidelines and requirements • Analytical Support o Analytical Cohort Development ? UTMB OBIOS personnel will support the development of the analytical cohorts required to complete Aims 1, 2, and 3 o Analytical Support for Aims 1, 2, and 3 ? Drs. Prochaska and Kuo, and appointed OBIOS staff will support Dr. Reistetter and the UTHSCSA team in completing analyses for Aims 1, 2, and 3, including interpretation and translation of findings into scholarly dissemination products. • Dissemination Support o Drs. Prochaska will support the development of peer-reviewed manuscripts and professional presentations. • Project Management and Administration o UTMB representatives will participate in regular research meetings of the entire team o Dr. Prochaska will maintain regular contact with Dr. Reistetter to resolve any issues or concerns regarding project administration, financial, and management issues as needed.
