Description
The main objective is to assess the immunogenicity and efficacy of up to six (6)
ChAdOx and/or mRNA vector JUNV vaccine constructs in a Hartley guinea pig JUNV challenge
model. The immunogenicity and efficacy of up to six (6) JUNV vaccine constructs (ChAdOx-
and/or mRNA-vectored) will be assessed in a Hartley guinea pig JUNV challenge model. For WP1,
JUNV Romero will be used as the challenge virus.
