Make a batch of Hantaan virus Titrate the viral batch in cell monolayers, Propagate cells, Determine titers of Hantaan virus neutralizing antibodies by serial dilutions of immune sera in BSL-3 or BSL-4 containment, incubate plates, visualize plaques by crystal violet or by immunostaining, count plaques Document the results Calculate neutralizing antibody titers Repeat if necessary
