Description
Make a batch of Hantaan virus
Titrate the viral batch in cell monolayers
Propagate cells
Determine titers of Hantaan virus neutralizing antibodies by serial dilutions of immune sera in BSL-3/BSL-4 containment, incubate plates, visualize plaques by crystal violet or by immunostaining, count plaques
Document the results calculate neutralizing antibody titers
Repeat if necessary
