Project Details
Description
Generate lipid nanoparticle-formulated vaccines against Sin Nombre and Hantaan virus based
on U-mRNA, 1-methylpseudouridine-mRNA and circular RNA.
Generate polymer nanoparticle formulations of vaccines against Sin Nombre and Hantaan virus
and compare their immunogenicity and protective efficacy with their respective lipid nanoparticle formulations.
To investigate the protective efficacy and immunogenicity of the vaccine constructs and
formulations in animal models.
