SCALE: Strategic Control of bioAerosols in Learning Environments

The Parties agree that the principal purpose of this Agreement is for Poppy and the Subcontractor to provide a coordinated effort to advance the research and technology goals of the BREATHE program. The Subcontractor shall perform the work and submit all deliverables as defined in this agreement. The Subcontractor shall be paid a fixed amount for each milestone accomplished in accordance with this Exhibit and contingent upon acceptance by the Prime Contractor and the U.S. Government, in accordance with the payment terms in the main Subcontract Agreement. Poppy and the Government will have ongoing involvement with the Subcontractor during the period of performance. Poppy and the Subcontractor are bound to each other by a duty of good faith and best research effort in achieving the goals of the Project.
