Description

Dr. Endsley has established a humanized mouse models of TB and HIV co-infection and has extensive experience in reconstitution of cells in irradiated mice for establishment of chimeras. She also has extensive expertise working with multiple cell types and tissue including flow cytometry of lung inflammatory cells. Dr. Endsley will provide additional advice, share protocols and will be involved in the discussion and planning of experiments with Dr. Guohau Yi at UT Tyler as well as interpretation of the data.
