Description
To determine the activity of the compound, Huh7 cells will be treated with a serial dilution of compounds (3xfold) infected with dengue Nanoluciferase reporter viruses. Viral replication will be measured at 48 h post-infection by measuring Nanoluciferase activity. Viral replication will be plotted against compound concentration, and non-linear regression will be performed to determine an EC50 value. The assay with three replicates in each assay will be performed for each virus.
