Testing of the antibody responses to RNA vaccines against yellow fever virus in mice

Immunize groups of mice with circular RNA vaccine at three dose levels and linear mRNA vaccine at three dose levels of the vehicle at 10 mice per group, totally 70 mice. Collect blood prior to vaccination and each month after vaccination with the 5 months the last time point. Analyze the serum samples for binding antibodies against yellow fever virus. Analyze the serum samples for neutralizing antibodies against yellow fever virus
