Abstract
A thirty-six-year-old woman with an unusual benign pigmented tumor of the ankle is presented. Histopathology of the tumor showed combined features of a seborrheic keratosis and a compound nevus. Combined pigmented tumors should be included in the differential diagnosis of pigmented lesions.
