    Abstract

The authors regret that in the published manuscript the panel labels (A, B, C, etc.) were inadvertently omitted from Figs. 1 – 6. The corrected figures are provided below. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. (figure presented) Fig. 1. (A) Schematic of the 10-Fab MM008 antibody. (B) Images and schematics of our first-generation capsule-IVR, where pre-formed tablets are inserted into capsules prior to insertion of the filled capsules into IVR. (C) Image of a fully assembled first-generation MM008-IVR (scale = 10 mm) with 7 mAb-filled sustained release capsules (1.25 mm diameter) and 3 wax-filled capsules. (D) Schematic of representative fertility windows for 28-day and 36-day menstrual cycles, as well as the MM008-IVR protection window. (E) Release kinetics of polyclonal human IgG from capsules with different diameters (1, 1.25 and 1.5 mm) into vaginal fluid simulant (VFS) at 37 °C in vitro. VFS was changed daily to maintain sink conditions. IgG levels were assessed by A280; data represents n = 3 unique capsules. (F) 30-day release kinetics of MM008 from first-generation capsules into VFS at 37 °C in vitro. Data represents n = 3 unique capsules.
