Abstract

The authors regret that within the abovementioned article, a minor error occurred. Within the ‘Statistical Analysis’ section on p. 64.e3, the following was published: “The proportion of total cases that had co-occurring defects for each of these groups was and 12.6%, 16.6%, 42.5%, and 14.5%, respectively.” The sentence should read “The proportion of total cases that had co-occurring defects for each of these groups was 11.2%, 14.3%, 29.8%, and 12.7%, respectively.” Of note, this was not a primary research finding and does not impact the overall conclusion. The percentages have been corrected within the online article.
