(Neuron, Vol. 39, 409–421; July 31, 2003) The authors wish to correct an error in Figure 1C of the above article. In the published version, the tau protein panel was inadvertently duplicated in place of the APP protein panel. As a result, the tau western blot data appear twice in the original figure, while the APP western blot data are absent. The corrected Figure 1C now shows APP (top panel) and tau (bottom panel) western blot results across the different founder lines, as originally intended. The updated quantification is shown in Figure 1D. Based on these results, we selected the B1 line as the founder line to derive and characterize further. The corrected figure accurately represents the experimental results that were obtained. This correction does not affect the conclusions or interpretation of the study. The corrected Figure 1 appears below. The authors apologize for this error and any confusion it may have caused.
