Enhanced analgesic activity of liposomised met-enkephalin analogue

Abstract

An enkephalin analogue D-Ala2,Met5-n-ethylamide), after its liposomisation showed significant increase in the analgesic response in mice on intracerebroventricular administration. Its duration of action was increased and the effect was blocked by naloxone.
