Abstract

During the corrections process the following items were missed. The author apologizes for these errors. Within the first affiliation, the name has been changed from Universita Cattolica del S. Cuore to now read as Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Within the fifth affiliation, the initials IRCSS have been added for clarification. Affiliation number five has been added to the following author names: Lucia Leone, Salvatore Fusco, and Marcello D'Ascenzo. The fifth affilliation has been changed from Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli, IRCCS, 00168 Rome, Italy to now read as Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli, IRCCS, 00168 Rome, Italy.
