N2 - Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma is a rare Epstein-Barr virus-associated aggressive lymphoma commonly involving the nasal and upper aerodigestive tract and, less commonly, extranodal sites such as skin and gastrointestinal tract. There is only one case report of paraneoplastic myositis associated with this type of lymphoma. Here in we present a second case of paraneoplastic eosinophilic myositis seen in a patient with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma. Biopsy of one of the cutaneous nodules showed necrosis of the soft tissue and skeletal muscle with eosinophilic microabscess formation, along with peripheral blood eosinophilia. These nodules and the peripheral blood eosinophilia resolved with treatment of the cutaneous lymphoma.
