Abstract
Osteomyelitis caused by K. kingae is rare. Only six previous cases of osteomyelitis caused by this organism have been reported in the English literature. In addition epiphysial involvement in osteomyelitis in children is distinctly unusual. We report two cases of K. kingae osteomyelitis; both patients had epiphysial involvement.
