Abstract

Foreign bodies in the paranasal sinuses are uncommon. Access to the frontal sinus for removal of a foreign body usually requires an external ethmoidectomy approach or osteoplastic flap. We describe the use of a magnet to remove a metalic frontal sinus foreign body through a trephination.
