Abstract

Neck rejuvenation in male patients presents unique challenges with respect to restore normal neck contour and aesthetics. The neck as an aesthetic unit is an important component of youthfulness and the perceived body mass appearance. With aging, the presence of dyschromia, fine wrinkling, submental fullness, excessive skin, platysmal banding, jowling, and the ptotic salivary glands are the main concerns of patient who seek medical advice. Although invasive methods of neck rejuvenation are utilized in the majority of cases, they may not be feasible for all patients due to medical comorbidities, financial barriers, or limited patient time for wound recovery. The focus of this chapter was to present non-surgical and surgical options for neck rejuvenation in male patients.
