Abstract
An outline is given of the methodology applied to the teaching of minicomputer interfacing techniques to electrical engineering undergraduates at McMaster University. A description is also given of the interface system developed for “hands-on” interfacing experience in conjunction with a PDP-8/A “classic” minicomputer.
