Abstract

An outline is given of the methodology applied to the teaching of minicomputer interfacing techniques to electrical engineering undergraduates at McMaster University. A description is also given of the interface system developed for ″hands-on″ interfacing experience in conjunction with a PDP-8/A ″classic″ minicomputer.
