Abstract

ICI neurological side effects (N-irAE) can affect peripheral nervous system (PNS-irAEs). Neuromuscular weakness needs prompt workup for nerve, muscle, and neuromuscular junction dysfunction. Rapid evaluation for the neuropathy, myositis. and myasthenia gravis is needed. Workup includes neurology and or rheumatology consultations and appropriate work up for above diagnosis. Patients might need rapid hospital or even ICU admission. Treatment generally includes holding check point therapy. Immunosuppressives are needed and adjusted to the patient’s clinical status.
