Abstract
Caring for underserved patients presents great challenges for community practices. This report discusses an interdisciplinary underserved practice that was reorganized in 2008 allowing for practice improvement and greater community presence. Current practice structure is discussed and a model provided that can enhance productivity, revenue, and community outreach.
