    Abstract

    The authors report results on polycrystalline pellets of high-conductive and semiconducting TEA-TCNQ and TEA-TCNQ//2 complexes of TCNQ with triethylammonium. The low thermal conductivity is due to crystal lattice defects, i. e. , a partly amorphous structure due to grinding and pressing.
