Abstract

This article describes a technique for data entry of information obtained from interviews and questionnaires. Often, investigators have someone type information into an electronic computer database. This article describes the use of electronic scanning forms for data entry. Forms and equipment used for grading examinations may be used to record responses from questionnaires. This method of data entry is compatible with field research and can be quicker than hand entry of data.
