Vaginal Surgery Complications

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapter

Abstract

Vaginal surgery is the preferred approach for many extirpative and reconstructive procedures on the female genital tract. Because of the access route of these natural orifice surgical techniques, some complications of vaginal surgery are universal risks common to the approach, while others are unique to the specific procedure. This chapter will cover a review of surgical complications of vaginal surgery and management of those complications.
